He has been empowering us with his extensive knowledge and expertise in scheduling, estimating, and purchasing. At Tameer Inc. Mr. Randhawa is responsible for soliciting supplier bids and proposals for labor, material, and equipment, and coordinates proposals to ensure they meet project specifications and budget requirements.

A man of ethics and amazing skills, Bilal is responsible for the overall production and control of Tameer. With experience in overseeing all phases of million-dollar construction projects, including infrastructure, higher education, restaurant, and retail projects for both public and private sector clients, he is the driving force of Tameer Inc.

He is also responsible for the overall operations of Tameer, ensuring that all systems run smoothly and efficiently.
