The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that any purchase order or contract with Tameer, Inc. shall, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, allocate to the Vendor all risks, liabilities, and obligations arising from its goods, services, personnel, equipment, or Scope of Work, including loss, damage, delay, defects, delivery, safety, compliance, and third-party claims. The Vendor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tameer, Inc., and its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to the Vendor’s acts, omissions, negligence, breach, or Scope of Work, except to the extent caused by Tameer’s sole negligence or willful misconduct. By signing this form, the Vendor acknowledges and accepts these obligations.
